When Xiaomi had originally launched the 64GB model of the phone, it was priced at Rs. 23,999. Now, it will cost Rs. 19,999. Users can also avail a discount of up to Rs. 5,000 on exchange for the phone. “Lower costs have enabled us to reduce the price of Mi 4 64GB, and this translates into savings that our Mi fans can enjoy,” said the company in a post on social media. Back in April, the Mi 4 received a price cut of Rs. 2,000 price which reduced the price of the phone to Rs. 17,999 for the 16GB model and Rs. 21,999 for the 64GB model. However, until now, the 16GB model of the Mi 4 has not received any price cut. Talking about Mi 4, the smartphone provides incredible value. The phone essentially packs flagship specs of smartphones from 2014. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat customised with Xiaomi’s own MIUI 6 skin on top. It is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.5GHz coupled with 3GB of RAM. The Mi 4 also features a 5-inch full-HD display (1080×1920 pixels) with a JDI OGS full lamination display. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera along with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with both sporting Sony’s stacked CMOS sensors. The phone also has a remarkably large 3,080mAh battery and the entire chassis of the phone is made out of metal. Starting at 12 pm today, the Mi 4 64GB will be available on Flipkart for Rs 19,999. The Chinese vendor earlier in the year had launched the Mi 4i in India, which the company has designed for India. Earlier in the week, the company also launched a new pair of Mi power banks in the country.
